How we work
Three steps from first call to production
First call
We talk about your need, your process and where your data lives.
Output: An honest answer on whether AI can solve this, and a proposed scope for a pilot.
Decision: You decide whether to move to a pilot.
Pilot
In a single process, with your real data and real users, we build a narrow version that works end to end. The success criterion is set as a number up front.
Output: A working version and a result measured against the success criterion.
Decision: If the result meets the criterion we move to production; if not, we review the reasons together.
Production
We roll the system out with your team, with access control, monitoring and security settings.
Output: A working system, its documentation and handover training for your team.
Once the scope is clear, we share the project schedule and timeline.
