Verhex is an İstanbul-based enterprise process consulting and AI engineering company. We design enterprise processes on ERP systems, from production and costing to finance, procurement, sales, budgeting, HR and CRM, and build AI and software solutions for them.
Our Approach
Consulting that knows the floor, engineering that builds the system.
A system that does not know the process is a system that does not work.
There are two kinds of team: the one that knows the process but does not build the system, and the one that builds the system but does not know the process. The gap between them is the most expensive place in an enterprise project. What is lost there is not only knowledge but, over time, trust. Verhex is built on keeping both sides in the same team.
To date we have provided on-site and process consulting across more than 20 ERP projects. We have hands-on experience across costing, accounting, finance, budgeting, procurement, production, sales, CRM and HR processes. That is what lets us say independently which need is met by a standard module and which one calls for development.
The scale, the sector and the system an organisation runs may differ, but our approach stays the same: understand the process first, then build the solution. We are present on site at the stages where it matters.
How we work
We work around three simple principles. We don't turn them into slogans, and we don't forget them when decisions get hard.
