What we do

In most organizations the expensive problem is not building software but the software that refuses to talk to other software. The order sits in the ERP, the customer in the CRM, the invoice in accounting — and a person carries an Excel file between them. We close that gap.

Frequently asked questions

Do you need to modify our ERP?
No. We connect through standard APIs, database views, or file interfaces. Writing code inside an ERP breaks its support scope and upgrade path — we treat that as a last resort, only with no alternative and with vendor approval.
How long does an integration take?
A simple one-way transfer between two systems takes 2–3 weeks; an enterprise integration with two-way sync takes 6–8 weeks. The largest factor is the quality of the other system's API, not the work on our side.
Our system has no API — can you still connect it?
Usually yes. Direct database reads, scheduled file transfers, screen automation, and intermediary layers are all options. During feasibility we say plainly which route is sustainable and which one creates technical debt.
What happens when an integration breaks?
Every transfer is monitored, failed records are queued and retried automatically, and errors past a defined threshold alert a named person. An integration that fails silently is more dangerous than no integration at all — we build on that principle.
