This page explains what data is collected on verhex.com and why. It is short, because there is not much of it.
When you submit the contact form, the name, email address, subject and message you provide are stored. This data is used only to respond to your enquiry.
When you submit the form, the source you reached the site through (a search engine, an AI tool, a social media link, or directly) and the first page you opened are attached to your enquiry. The purpose is simply to see which of our content is working. Only the domain of the referring address is stored; the full address and your search query never reach us. This information is held in your browser for the duration of your visit, is deleted when you close the tab, and is recorded only if you submit the form.
If you allow analytics cookies, the pages you visit and the channel you arrived through are measured via Google Analytics. If you decline, that measurement never starts.
Necessary cookies: those required for the site to work, such as your language preference. These are not subject to consent and cannot be turned off.
Analytics cookies: written only if you explicitly accept. Until you consent, no request is sent to Google and the measurement script is never added to the page. Advertising and personalisation cookies are not used under any circumstances.
Your preference is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time using the button below.
We do not sell your form data or transfer it to third parties for marketing. The service providers we use for hosting and email may access data to the extent technically required.
If you consented to analytics, measurement data goes to Google Analytics. IP addresses are processed in anonymised form.
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to its processing.
To exercise these rights, write to hello@verhex.com.
